Welcome to Meeps and Markers, a slightly chaotic corner of the internet where landscapes go rogue, abstracts develop attitude, and new experiments occasionally survive the sketchbook. It’s a place for messy, fun, slightly rebellious art to be shared and find inspiration. 

Making things should be fun, weird, and sometimes a little ridiculous. Creativity thrives when you find the courage to try new mediums, embrace happy accidents, and celebrate art that doesn’t care about rules. 

Drawing, painting, gouache, photography, calligraphy, sculpture, wire wrapping, crafting, wood working, resin, stained glass, digital…. if it fills you with joy to make, it’s fair game here.

Every week, I’ll post group prompts, experiments, and little challenges designed to push ideas just far enough to get messy — but not so far that you feel lost in the chaos. You don’t need fancy supplies, a perfect desk setup, or a meticulously curated plan. You just need curiosity, and maybe a questionable sense of humor.

Meeps and Markers isn’t about perfection. It’s about playing with ideas, exploring textures and colors, laughing at the unexpected, and occasionally finishing something that surprises you. Think of it as a creative playground where the rules are loose, the deadlines don’t exist, and the results are meant to be interesting.

So grab a pen, a brush, a crayon, or your favorite medium, and come make a little chaos with us. Because messy, weird, imperfect art…and it’s way more fun when we do it together.
